Iggy Arbuckle is a Canadian animated series that first aired in Canada on Teletoon in June 2007. Based on a comic strip from National Geographic Kids, the show was created by Guy Vasilovich and centers on a pig who serves as a forest ranger, referred to in the series as a "Pig Ranger." The story follows Iggy's efforts to preserve the environment of the fictional Kookamunga National Park. The series is produced by Blueprint Entertainment. The show was also broadcast in Australia on ABC Kids and in the UK on Jetix beginning August 25, 2007, and later on Pop starting June 27, 2011. Oasis International, the Canadian distributor, licensed the series to channels including Cartoon Network and Canal + SA and TPS in France. It was also shown on Saturday mornings on Toonattik on ITV and CITV, and on weekday mornings on Action Stations! on ITV4 and CITV.
