Insomnia

Yuri is a 43-year-old psychiatrist and hypnotist who has achieved success in his field. A staunch non-believer, he is capable of rationalizing almost anything—except his own recurring nightmares. In these dreams, he sees his ex-wife, who committed suicide years ago, an event he feels partially responsible for. He also sees a red-haired woman he doesn't recognize and a strange symbol resembling an infinity sign. Suffering from insomnia, Yuri spends his nights drinking at a strip club and occasionally brings dancers home. During one of these visits, he meets a young dancer named Anya and begins to develop feelings for her. A woman whose young son is plagued by nightmares seeks Yuri's help. As he works on the case, he uncovers evidence suggesting the possibility of reincarnation, and the boy provides a clue that may help Yuri solve the mystery of his own nightmares.
