Synopsis
As Shuchiin Academy prepares for the Hoshin Culture Festival, students in Class 2-B struggle to create balloon art, with Shirogane repeatedly popping the delicate sculptures. Fujiwara, frustrated by his lack of progress, refuses to assist him for the first time. Determined to improve on his own, Shirogane goes to the student council room to practice, only to find Kaguya there.
