Synopsis
Kick is sentenced to clean up litter along the highway after being caught in the act by Officer Irwin, but his task is complicated by a persistent rival. With assistance from Gunther, Kick attempts to confront and outwit his opponent, though the situation threatens to overwhelm him with the very trash he's trying to remove.
