Synopsis

Hank and the gang take the kids to a water park to escape a heat wave, but their fun is interrupted when they encounter a group of surfer bullies, leading to an embarrassing moment for Boomhauer. Meanwhile, Bill gains unexpected attention as he becomes locally famous for standing by the highway and waving to passing motorists.
