Synopsis
Peggy receives a letter from a Death Row inmate who was once her student and claims she had a profound positive influence on him. She begins visiting him, unknowingly bringing cocaine disguised as timer sand for Boggle. Meanwhile, Dale expresses a desire to become an executioner.
