Kurayami Santa
Set in Japan during the Shōwa era, a time of widespread greed and selfishness threatens to overwhelm both the human world and the afterlife. King of Hell Enma Daiō summons Kurayami Santa, a young boy who serves as his envoy, to address an urgent issue: the surge of human sinfulness is causing an unprecedented influx of souls into Hell, which could destabilize it. Santa is given a single directive—to take action—but no specific instructions on how to proceed. When a thunderstorm strikes a local cemetery and Santa is transported to the human world, he quickly confirms Enma’s warnings about human wickedness. With the balance between light and dark in mind, Santa embarks on a mission to fulfill Hell’s request and bring order to the chaotic human world.
