Tanaka Ainosuke was born with a weak left eye. After his older brother, Yumehito, dies under mysterious circumstances, Ainosuke receives a cornea transplant from him. Following the surgery, he begins seeing strange images whenever his left eye experiences a shock. Believing these images may hold clues to his brother's death, Ainosuke begins an investigation with the help of his junior high school nurse, Sayama Hitomi. However, just as their inquiry gets underway, an unidentified criminal organization emerges to interfere with their efforts.
