Synopsis
Royal, suffering from a severe heart condition, entrusts Laura and Almanzo with the care of his daughter before his death. Devastated by losing her father, Jenny struggles with grief and turns to Reverend Alden for comfort, leading her to attempt suicide in hopes of reuniting with him in heaven. Jeb Carter rescues her despite not knowing how to swim, and Laura helps Jenny find strength in honoring her parents' legacy.
