Synopsis
The Loonatics battle Boötes Belinda, a villain who uses rock music to wreak havoc on Acmetropolis. After Zadavia is captured and forced to build a powerful guitar for his captor, the team must rescue him and stop the musical menace. The villain, revealed to be Rupes Oberon—a rejected songwriter from Zadavia's past—uses the guitar to drain Zadavia's powers.
