Synopsis
With Optimatus now free, he teams up with General Deuce and Rupes Oberon to seize control of the universe using Planet Blanc's powerful wormhole generator, which allows instant travel to any location. The Royal Tweetums, who has evaded capture, reaches out to the Loonatics for assistance. To stop Optimatus, the Loonatics must locate Tweetums first, with unexpected help coming from an old adversary.
