Macross Plus
In 2040, the galaxy is thriving with numerous colonies and advanced technology. Artificial intelligence has reached near-perfection, with the top idol being the nearly completed Virturoid Sharon Apple. Sharon lacks genuine emotions, which are instead provided by Myung Fang Lone. Sharon's debut concert is set to take place on the planet Eden, coinciding with a battle for air superiority over the Supernova Project between fighter pilots Isamu Dyson and Guld Bowman. Isamu, Guld, and Myung were childhood friends, but they parted ways seven years ago following an accident. Myung's return reignites old tensions. The situation escalates when an unstable and illegal AI technique is installed in Sharon.
