Synopsis
Grylls lands by parachute in the Sierra Nevada mountains, where he faces the challenges of survival with only a knife and canteen. Navigating through various terrains, he attempts to manage a wild horse, consumes a live snake, and adopts indigenous dental practices. He primarily travels by river, constructing a raft from grape vines.
