Manner of Death

Dr. Bunnakit is a medical examiner working at a provincial hospital. After performing an autopsy on a woman who appeared to have hanged herself, he concludes that the death was not a suicide but a homicide. His findings draw the attention of a powerful individual, and Dr. Bunnakit becomes the target of an anonymous man who breaks into his home and threatens him to alter the report to list suicide as the cause of death. Initially dismissing the threat, Dr. Bunnakit's concerns grow when one of his friends, a prosecutor, suddenly goes missing. Determined to uncover the truth, he begins his own quiet investigation. All the evidence points to a suspect named Tan, who denies any involvement. Despite this, Tan persuades Dr. Bunnakit to join forces in the search for the real murderer.
