Dash and Vega collaborate once more to track down a murderer who is acting out of romantic despair. At the same time, Dash seeks assistance from his siblings in dealing with the case.

Vega enlists Akeela's help to secure Dash's position as analyst for the new police surveillance program, Hawk-Eye. At the same time, Vega and Dash grow concerned that Arthur may be involved in a more extensive scheme.

Dash assumes a new identity to track down a woman believed to be seeking revenge for her sister's murder, while Agatha starts executing a scheme of her own.
