Yotsugi Ononoki continues to secretly stay at the Araragi household to monitor Tsukihi Araragi. She uses the time when Tsukihi is away at school to move about freely, but her presence is discovered when Tsukihi unexpectedly returns home.

Nadeko Sengoku, who aspires to be a manga artist, skips school to focus on drawing, prompting her parents to insist she find work after middle school. As graduation nears, Yotsugi Ononoki suggests possible paths for Nadeko to pursue her dream.

Nadeko Sengoku, accompanied by Ougi Oshino who claims to have seen her in uniform, arrives at 701 Middle School, a public school where she was reportedly spotted. Despite her nervousness, Nadeko enters the school and encounters a surprising scene.

Nadeko, influenced by a conversation with Sodachi Oikura, travels to the Araragi house to retrieve Meek Nadeko, only to find a large hole in the front door's knob. At the same time, Yotsugi heads toward the North Shirahebi Shrine in search of God Nadeko.

Nadeko and Yotsugi return to the Sengoku residence to strategize their next move. Struggling to find direction, Nadeko reflects on securing the remaining Shikigami Nadekos, prompting Yotsugi to refocus her on their original goal. Determined to resolve their situation, they travel to the site of the final battle.

Nadeko Sengoku, with the assistance of Yotsugi Ononoki, meets God Nadeko, who confronts the two "Current Nadekos" with an unsettling expression. Nadeko then travels to a significant location tied to Koyomi Araragi's past in an effort to resolve the situation.

Suicide-Master, having awoken after a period of starvation, learns from Tropicalesque that her death was caused by "the Beautiful Princess." Fascinated by the story, Suicide-Master decides to seek out the princess as her first target upon waking, ignoring Tropicalesque's warnings.

Suicide-Master, continuing to experience repeated deaths, begins to question the need for a transformation in consciousness for both predator and prey. Meanwhile, Princess Acerola attempts to adapt with optimism, though Tropicalesque contemplates a revelation for his master.

Koyomi Araragi visits a hospital run by Izuko Gaen and discovers two living mummies in bed. Intrigued, he and Izuko begin investigating the mystery, only to learn that another mummy has been reported elsewhere.

Five members of Naoetsu High School's women's basketball club disappear under mysterious circumstances. Koyomi and Izuko investigate the case with the help of Suruga Kanbaru and Seiu Higasa to uncover the truth behind the disappearances.

Koyomi arrives in Heaven to retrieve a special medicine in an attempt to revive the mummified Suicide-Master, despite the concerns of Shinobu Oshino, Mayoi Hachikuji, and Izuko.

Koyomi returns to the hospital with the solution to the riddle left by the fourth mummy, presenting his findings before Izuko prepares for her turn, though she appears to be emotionally troubled.

Shinobu and the Suicide-Master meet again after a separation of 600 years, while Izuko shares important information with Koyomi.

Koyomi attends a girls' basketball gathering and questions the attendees about the shared traits of five missing individuals, forming a decisive belief before abruptly departing. Meanwhile, Suicide-Master is visited by an unknown person while alone at the Kanbaru house.
