Tylor Tuskmon has long aspired to become a Scarer, inspired by his idol, James P. Sullivan. His dream seems about to come true when he arrives at Monsters Incorporated for his first day as a Scarer. However, he soon discovers that scaring is no longer the company's primary business—laughter has taken its place. Reassigned to the Monsters, Inc. Facilities Team, Tylor shifts his focus to learning how to be funny, setting a new goal for himself: to become a Jokester.
