*Next Stop* is an anthology comedy series that follows the lives of Black residents in Toronto as they navigate the difficulties of maintaining stability and sanity in a large, evolving city. The show features a fast-paced, visually engaging style, moving through a series of chaotic, surreal, and humorous episodes that depict Toronto "yutes" dealing with the pressures of life in a competitive, costly, and quickly transforming urban environment.
