The drama explores the various challenges that arise when an ordinary daughter-in-law enters her in-laws’ household for the first time. At the center is Min Sa Rin, a highly competent professional who has worked at a major corporation for seven years, yet is a complete novice in marriage, having been newlywed for just one month. She makes every effort to gain the affection of her in-laws, but faces unexpected difficulties and struggles to build a harmonious relationship with her new family. Moo Goo Young, her ordinary husband, is neither particularly good nor bad. Though he cares for his wife, he finds himself caught in the tension between her and his family. Park Gi Dong, Moo Goo Young’s mother and Min Sa Rin’s mother-in-law, is a very pragmatic and realistic character.
