Raizel, his butler Frankenstein, and M-21, a former Union experiment, maintain their cover while attending Ye Ran High School. Their quiet routine is disrupted when a violent gang invades the campus, forcing M-21 to make a difficult decision to protect the students. At the same time, a special forces unit known as DA-5 arrives in Japan to investigate an unknown threat.

Regis and Seira, two nobles investigating mysterious incidents in Japan, arrive at Ye Ran High School. They become suspicious of M-21 after discovering he is a modified human, while Raizel and Frankenstein keep their true identities hidden. Meanwhile, Tashiro gets into another confrontation with street gang members on his way home.

M-21 begins to adapt more seamlessly to civilian life and gradually builds a tentative rapport with Regis, despite their initial conflicts. Meanwhile, Tao attempts to infiltrate the police security system, only to be confronted by Kase in a surprising digital showdown. At the same time, the Union's elite DA-5 unit closes in on M-21's whereabouts.

DA-5 captures M-21, but he uses the situation to seek out information about his former allies, leading to unexpected complications that prompt Shark to look for a new target. Meanwhile, Tashiro and Seira come across Takio in distress on the street, and Kase finds an unexpected rapport with Tao, the hacker he previously clashed with.

Seira discovers Regis is in peril and hurries to his aid, prompting Raizel and Frankenstein to track her, fearing Tashiro and Kase may also be in danger. As the battle against DA-5 begins, M-21 devises a self-sacrificial plan to save the group, with Regis standing by to confront the threat. They face the Union's elite special forces team, a formidable opponent.

Frankenstein and Takio, along with Seira and Hammer, engage in escalating battles. As Tao attempts to prevent Tashiro and Kase from joining the fight, their leader Crans implements a ruthless strategy to secure victory. Meanwhile, Raizel arrives at M-21 and confronts Crans with immense power.

Tashiro grows more interested in Seira and seeks advice from his friends, but finds their suggestions unhelpful due to their own success with women or lack of practical guidance. As he tries to devise a way to express his feelings, he faces obstacles and questionable advice. The episode explores his efforts and whether he can successfully convey his emotions to Seira.

Gejutel, Regis's grandfather, travels to Japan on Raskreia's orders after communication with Regis and Seira is lost. There, he encounters Frankenstein and Raizel, raising questions about their true identities and his past connections to them.

Raizel and Frankenstein first crossed paths in Lukedonia, a land of nobles, when Raizel employed the noble hunter as his butler. After years of Frankenstein protecting Raizel, tensions rose as some nobles began to oppose their alliance. Facing this growing unrest, the two had to make a critical decision to address the conflict.

Rael arrives at Ye Ran High School to take Seira as ordered by the Lord, but his presence triggers a confrontation with M-12, Tao, and Takio, leading to a fight. Despite Seira's attempts to convince him otherwise, Rael proceeds with his mission, prompting Frankenstein to intervene in order to protect Raizel.

Seira arrives in Lukedonia at the Lord's command and must hide the truth about Raizel in order to safeguard Gejutel. Raizel and Frankenstein decide to travel to Lukedonia to resolve matters, accompanied in secret by M-21, Tao, and Takio. Their unexpected arrival sets off a chain of events that leads to growing unrest in the country.

Seira breaks free from the Room of Discipline to rescue Gejutel but must confront Rozaria, while Regis also attempts to reach the castle but is intercepted by Karias. Meanwhile, M-21, Tao, and Takio team up to delay Rael in order to allow Raizel and Franken to reach the Sanctuary, as intense battles erupt across the land following Raskreia's decision to put Gejutel into eternal sleep.

Raizel confronts Raskreia and the clan leaders to stop Gejutel from being condemned to eternal sleep and to resolve the growing conflict. Raskreia, harboring deep hatred for Raizel, attempts to destroy him herself, but her clan leaders refuse to remain passive. The truth about the past is tied to Ragnarok, the Lord's soul weapon, as the battle between the Lord and the Noblesse begins.
