Synopsis
Inspired by a television performance of a snake charmer, Oggy creates a flute using a stolen car part from his neighbor Bob. When he plays it, the cockroach Marky is hypnotized into behaving like a loyal dog, causing frustration among Marky's fellow cockroaches, Dee Dee and Joey.
