Synopsis
The Straw Hat crew barely avoids death when Buggy is hit by a mysterious green gust and a lightning bolt, giving them the opportunity to escape Loguetown. Their escape, however, becomes complicated when Zoro is detained by Tashigi and Luffy is stopped by Captain Smoker.
