Padre Coraje

*Padre Coraje* is a Spanish television drama based on true events, with its theme song performed by Paz Martinez. On the early morning of November 22, 1995, in one of the few gas stations open at night in the city of Jerez, Juan Delgado was assaulted and murdered by robbers. He was 27 years old. The miniseries portrays the emotional impact on his family and the determination of his father, Francisco Delgado, to bring the murderer to justice. To achieve this, Francisco poses as a drug addict from the San Benito neighborhood, convincing the criminals' neighbors and friends, including himself, that he is just another resident of the dangerous area.
