Pastel Memories
Akihabara is renowned as a central hub for otaku culture worldwide. In a near-future setting, however, this culture is in decline due to a mysterious illness causing widespread memory loss, leading to Akihabara's diminished prominence. In one of the few remaining otaku stores, Izumi and a small group of allies devise a plan to recover lost memories and revive Akihabara's former vibrancy.
