Synopsis
A baby bat naps on the Town Hall bell, preventing Mayor Goodway from ringing it. Ryder and the Pups try to rescue the bat without waking it, but their efforts go awry when the bat becomes active and causes chaos. They must retrieve the bat and return it to its cave before further disruptions occur.
