Synopsis
Tommy devises a strategy to gain influence over the southern horse racing circuits and encounters May Carleton, a member of the aristocracy, which presents him with a chance to elevate his social standing. At the same time, Major Campbell and gangster Darby Sabini conspire to undermine and bring down Tommy.
