Michio is 30 years old and struggling to find a new job after her previous employer went bankrupt. Unable to secure work, she continues to support her younger boyfriend, and her savings are nearly depleted. During this difficult time, she meets Ayumu, her former boss, who now runs a tea room that was previously operated by his grandmother. Michio had once been afraid of Ayumu during their time working together, but she decides to take a part-time job at his tea room. There, she faces various daily challenges, and through Ayumu's support, she begins to see a different side of him that she had never noticed before.
