Synopsis
Ash, Kiawe, and Mimo visit Pikachu Valley, a unique location filled with a large gathering of Pikachu. They meet a passionate Pikachu enthusiast named Pikala, who gives them Pikachu ears and tails and insists they speak in Pikaspeak. When Ash's Pikachu is mistaken for a romantic interest, a challenge from the local Pikachu leader ensues, which Ash's Pikachu wins before thwarting a Team Rocket scheme.
