Synopsis
A man exhibiting violent behavior in a mental care facility becomes a subject of concern, though Inspector Aoyanagi's Dominator does not register him as a threat. As the Area Stress Level increases, Division 3 assumes control of the case and introduces a new weapon system to address the escalating situation.
