Pumuckls Abenteuer
*Pumuckls Abenteuer* is a German television series based on the fictional character Pumuckl, created by Ellis Kaut. It serves as a sequel to the 1980s TV series *Meister Eder und sein Pumuckl* and the cinematic film *Pumuckl und der blaue Klabauter*. Following the death of actor Gustl Bayrhammer in 1993, he was unable to reprise his role as Meister Eder. Instead of recasting the character, the producers chose to focus on characters newly introduced in the film, which functions as a pilot for the series. This approach bridges the gap between the events of the first series and the new one.
