Synopsis
The principal of Furinkan High returns from a trip to study the American education system, but is now oddly fixated on enforcing strict new hairstyle regulations. He orders that all male students receive buzz cuts and female students bowl cuts, unless they can locate a coconut containing a note that grants them an exemption from the rules.
