Synopsis
Ray surrenders to the FBI with Mickey's help, but four months later, a severed police officer's head implicates Ray and his family in a murder, straining his progress in therapy. At the same time, Mayor Feratti resumes pressuring Ray with corrupt tasks, including blackmail against a prominent family connected to the Donovans' history in Boston.
