After performing a bawdy dance in front of her fellow students, Mía is punished by her father. Miguel decides to move to Mexico City in order to find the family of the man who killed his father. At the same time, Roberta demonstrates her rebellious nature to her famous mother.

Mia meets Roberta and offers to give her a makeover, but Roberta takes it the wrong way. Lupita, accompanied by her aunt Mayra, applies for a scholarship at the Elite Way School. Miguel is not allowed to take the school entrance exam.

Lupita's aunt arranges for Miguel to take his exam and, in return, asks him to look after her niece. Vico flirts with Diego. Miguel meets Mía, and the two develop an attraction. Celina is also drawn to Miguel, though she struggles with insecurities about her weight.

Mía pretends to dislike Miguel and mocks him in front of Celina. Diego threatens Roberta for defending Vico. In Valle de Bravo, Roberta attempts to gain Mauro's attention by faking a drowning. Diego gets into a fight and is injured with a knife.

Diego is injured by his attackers, who stage the scene to make it appear as a robbery. Miguel comes to Diego's rescue and conceals the truth. Celina becomes angry with Mía and Vico because of a misunderstanding. Tensions escalate when Miguel confronts Mía at the edge of a cliff.

Franco files a lawsuit against Alma for defamation. Pilar learns that the bribe offered to her father is indeed true. Tomás is receiving attention from a secret admirer. Giovanni accuses Pilar of being the author of the anonymous notes. Roberta arranges a new audition for the dance group.

Mía wakes up and panics when she can't find Miguel. Pilar and Vico try to persuade Celina to take her interactions with Leonardo further. A new character, Roger, shows interest in Roberta.

Roger asks Roberta to organize a concert. Diego believes Roberta still has feelings for him and she gives him an opportunity to prove he has changed. León keeps trying to get Diego to testify against his mother. Rocco and Pilar decide to collaborate on videos covering the school's gossip. Roger invites Robert on a date, and she accepts. Mía and Miguel run out of food, and Miguel catches some fish. Celina places her letter in Leonardo's locker, unaware she is being watched. Vico suspects Giovanni is lying. Leonardo discovers Celina's letter and goes to the meeting spot, where she kisses him. Celina later finds out that Leonardo did not send her the gifts. Gastón locates Chopi, but the question remains of what he intends to do with him. Meanwhile, Alicia discusses the pictures with Hilda, and Santos overhears their conversation. At the same time, Fatima tells Nicky that she has always dreamed of marrying him.

Tomás discovers that José has switched the tapes. Alicia's attempt to reveal Font's secrets fails. José and Téo get into a fight and end their relationship. José and Tomás talk about Roberta and Diego.

Alma brings reporters to Elite Way, compelling León to refrain from expelling any students, and Reverte returns to school. Diego warns Javier that he will reveal his actions in front of Roberta. Meanwhile, Mía argues with Franco over his refusal to withdraw his support for Miguel.

Franco intends to confess to Mía that he is involved with Alma, but she is reluctant to let Roberta discover the truth. Franco also offers Miguel a job. Meanwhile, Alma, feeling jealous of Reverte, tells Roberta that she is free to go with him if she chooses. In another development, Javier strikes Diego, leaving him unconscious.

Roberta informs León that Diego fell on his own. Javier confesses to Reverte that he was the one who struck Diego. Sol becomes furious upon learning that her plan to separate Tomás and Pilar has failed. José receives an email notifying her that her tutor has died.

Roberta thinks that Gastón was the one who sent the email to José in order to stop her from investigating him. Inés and León inform Javier that he will be entering a school based on his personality.

León shows Diego his office, so he can start working with him. A friend of Sabrina's calls Miguel to warn him that he did not have sexual relations with her. Franco tells Alma not to be too hasty in relinquishing Roberta's custody.

Mía discovers that Miguel is cheating on her and begins planning her revenge. Alma considers giving up custody of Roberta, provided that Roberta is happy. Franco speaks with Alma and urges her to allow Roberta time to make the right decision. León informs Inés that Diego will decide whether Javier can return to Elite Way. Javier persuades Roberta to run away. Pilar finds out about her parents' separation.

Alma is distressed due to Roberta's disappearance; no one at school has any information. José and Lupita deceive Alma by claiming they do not know Roberta's whereabouts. Javier assists Roberta in escaping from him, though she later regrets it. Miguel is determined to retrieve the tape from the day he was with Sabrina to find out whether they had sex. Sol fabricates a story about Tomás sending her chocolates.

Roberta feigns agreement to Alma's plan to transfer custody to her father. Reverte tells Roberta that he came to the school to be close to her but says he will quit. Lola goes through Lupita's belongings and discovers documents indicating that she is adopted.

The students express their concerns about Julia to Gandía. Julia tells others that her boyfriend has left her to marry her best friend. Sabrina and Miguel discuss RBD. Sol reveals to Raquel that she plans to win Gastón's affection in order to make him forget Mía. Miguel and Mía inform Roberta that there will be no protest, as they have been discovered. Professor Enrique meets with Julia.

Roberta tells José that Gastón hates her. Alma donates all of Roberta's clothes to a shelter.

Gastón is being sought by the police and suspects that José is the one who contacted them. Mía devises a trap for Sol to prevent her from using her perfume. Téo and Miguel accompany the police to Gastón's house, with Miguel determined to stop Gastón from leaving.

Gastón is seriously ill in the hospital and receives a visit from Enrique, who uses the opportunity to ask him for a favor. Miguel discovers Franco and Alma kissing, but they beg him not to tell Roberta and Mía. José is afraid that Gastón will die.

León begins to investigate Diego and uncovers that he has been lying. Meanwhile, Sol accidentally learns that Franco and Alma are in a relationship. The school principal organizes a meeting to determine who will take over Gastón's position.

Diego decides to leave the group because his father does not accept that he is a singer. Javier wants to replace Diego in RBD. José talks to Lola and tells her that it is painful to be an orphan.

Professor Enrique informs Diego that he will be allowed to join the tour in Los Angeles. León threatens Madariaga, saying he will have him fired for assisting Diego. Diego tells León he is prepared to live on the street if needed to remain in RBD. Mía discovers through an anonymous message that her father is dating Alma, but she does not believe it and thinks it is a lie.

Roberta is impressed by Diego's confrontation with his father. León attempts to persuade Franco and Alma not to allow their daughters to attend the concert. Pilar questions Tomás about Celeste. Celeste visits Giovanni at the Elite. Lola's parents reveal the truth about her origins to her.

Giovanni admits to Tomás that he revealed to Agustina the truth about Celeste being his lover. Diego and Giovanni attempt to persuade Pilar to forgive Tomás. The band prepares for their upcoming tour in Los Angeles, with the group members showing enthusiasm about the event. Mía argues with Miguel during rehearsal due to her jealousy over Sabrina. Franco grants Mía his approval to go on a trip with Miguel.

Alma asks Franco to tell Mía the truth about Marina. Tomás hits Giovanni. Sabrina presents RBD with a contract to record several songs. Max confesses to Celina that he is in love with her. Pilar demands that Giovanni explain the details of his illness. Celina is visited by her mother, who criticizes her for being overweight. Celina informs Mía that her father and Alma are indeed together. Mía then asks Alma to stay away from her father. Meanwhile, Miguel confronts Sabrina about the lies she has told regarding their relationship.

Celina invites Vico to her sister's wedding, but Damiana throws them out, angered by Celina's choice of dress. Her boyfriend reassures her, and the two share an experience they have not had before. Meanwhile, Lupita informs Roberta that Santos is now with her. The permissions to record the RBD album are finalized and ready.

Roberta feels sad because she misses Alma, though she is unable to forgive her for the loneliness she experienced during her childhood. Martín Reverte speaks with Roberta in an effort to help her understand that Alma, as a single parent, had to work in order to support the family. Meanwhile, Miguel faints after attempting to talk to Mía. Mía then confronts Alma and Franco in front of Roberta.

Roberta claims to everyone that Reverte is her father. A farewell party is organized in Reverte's honor. Miguel faints once more, and Dr. López informs Franco that Miguel has fallen into a coma. Téo begins to suspect that José is working with Iñaki.

Mía tells an unconscious Miguel that she forgives him and that she doesn't want him to die. Alma confronts León for insulting and threatening Roberta. Raquel exposes Sol's lies and tells her that she can never be a top model because of her height.

Diego informs León that he will leave Roberta and RBD. León then persuades the school directors to expel Roberta. Meanwhile, Mía discovers that Miguel was never unfaithful to her.

Diego asks his father for help in assisting Roberta. Meanwhile, Alma threatens León with revealing documents that could destroy him, and León turns to Diego, asking him to help recover those documents.

Madariaga informs the students that Miguel is in critical condition. Reverte tells the members of RBD that they must continue with their recording. Alma demands that León reinstate Roberta and Professor Reverte at the school in exchange for some incriminating papers he possesses.

Celina suspects she is pregnant. José reads Gastón's letter and discovers that he admired her strength. Miguel opens his eyes but does not recognize Mía. Diego makes it clear to León that he can take care of himself and does not need his money.

Damiana causes Max to lose his job. Miguel can only remember Diego. Diego tries to help Miguel to remember. Mía is very upset because Miguel doesn't remember her. Javier tells José that Roberta feels sorry for her because she's an orphan. The students start looking for college.

Celina receives a positive result on her pregnancy test. She tells Sol that she does not believe she has what it takes to be a model. Sol keeps Max's letter to Celina from her.

Marina informs Alma that it is in Mía's best interest to believe she is dead. Meanwhile, Roberta requests that her classmates keep Celina's pregnancy confidential.

Celina is unsure how to handle her baby and feels very lonely after Max leaves, so Professor Madariaga offers her advice. Sol discovers Celina's pregnancy and uses it to blackmail her and her friends. Alma is skeptical about Marina's decision to stay away from Mía. Madariaga plans to report José as missing.
