Synopsis
To settle a debt from the previous incident, Tsuna takes a job as a lifeguard alongside Ryohei, but they end up competing in a race against more experienced lifeguards. During a summer festival, Tsuna and his friends operate a food stand to earn more money, encountering both Hibari and a group of thieves along the way.
