Renta Congelada

Two marriages—one young and one mature—are forced to live in the same house for five years after falling victim to a real estate fraud. The house's owner, an elderly woman with Alzheimer's, rented the property to both couples at an absurdly low price. Each couple believed they had found the ideal home: the young one to begin their life together and the mature one to live in a house they could only have dreamed of in their youth. When each couple learns that the other will be sharing the space, they decide to make each other's lives as unbearable as possible in an attempt to force the other to leave. From sharing the refrigerator to sitting at the same table, their interactions turn into a war of attrition. Wearing underwear around the house or leaving used socks on the stairs become daily occurrences for the four people, who must face the biggest challenge of their lives—living in the same space with complete strangers for five years.
