Robinson Ekspeditionen
Robinson Ekspeditionen is a Danish reality television program that debuted in 1998. In the spring of that year, TV3 acquired the broadcast rights to produce its own version of Expedition Robinson. Inspired by the success of the Swedish edition, Denmark became the first country to launch its own adaptation of the show. It has remained a ratings success since its premiere in 1998. The name of the show references both Robinson Crusoe and The Swiss Family Robinson, two literary works centered around characters stranded after shipwrecks.
