Synopsis
Reggie's birthday party is in jeopardy after the Rocket kids are banned from Mad Town Skate Park for misbehavior. Mrs. Stimpleton takes charge as party planner, but Otto and his friends must prevent the celebration from turning into a chaotic disaster featuring clowns, accordions, and unusual food. This episode introduces Conroy Blanc, Mackenzie, Lame-O The Clown, Trish, and Shirley.
