Synopsis
Otto and the team take on the challenge of cleaning up Ocean Shores Beach in exchange for it being renamed "Rocket Beach," but they find themselves facing an unexpected problem as the beach continues to get dirtier despite their efforts. Sam must investigate to uncover the mystery behind the increasing mess.
