Synopsis
Otto competes in the Fourth of July Family Surf-O-Rama, aiming to win a trophy, but faces strong competition. Along the way, he begins to understand that contests offer more than just victory. The episode features the return of Tito's cousin Kioni and introduces Cam the Man and his son Clutch.
