Synopsis
Otto and Twister enjoy wind-skating with kites as a hurricane approaches Ocean Shores, but Twister leaves his video camera behind, prompting a question of whether they will venture into the storm to retrieve it. Meanwhile, Reggie attracts the attention of a volleyball scout, leading to potential opportunities to play with her friends Trish and Sherry, but raising concerns about how this might affect her commitments to street hockey with the gang.
