As Aiolia investigates the reason behind their resurrection, he encounters a new adversary and uncovers a growing mystery that challenges his understanding of life, death, and the power of the Gold Cloth. When he pushes his Cosmo to its limits, his Leo Cloth undergoes a dramatic transformation.

Aiolia defeats Frodi after his Gold Cloth transforms into a new form, but he soon experiences a mysterious recurrence of markings on his body and collapses.

Scorpio Miro confronts God Warrior Surtr, only to discover that the opponent before him is actually the Gold Saint Aquarius Camus. Meanwhile, Aiolia and Lyfia, en route to Yggdrasil, encounter Cancer Deathmask in a town. Despite Lyfia's surprise at his unassuming appearance, Deathmask declines to aid Asgard, leading to a tense standoff between Aiolia and the two Gold Saints.

As Miro faces a deadly trap set by Surtr, Gemini Saga, the powerful Gold Saint of Athena, arrives and breaks free from Miro's grasp, launching a devastating attack with "Galaxian Explosion" toward Camus and the others. Meanwhile, Helena, who is secretly loved by Deathmask, receives a dangerous invitation from the brutal God Warrior Fafner called "Cure for Disease."
