SAS: Who Dares Wins
Selection for the SAS is considered one of the most demanding recruitment processes in the world, with physical fitness serving as just the initial requirement. The selection primarily assesses psychological resilience and character, as candidates endure sleep deprivation, interrogation, and a sequence of progressively complex mental challenges. In this programme, five former special forces soldiers replicate tasks from the SAS's confidential selection process, subjecting 30 civilian men to the ultimate test of their physical and, more significantly, psychological endurance.
