Synopsis
President Mellie Grant organizes a state dinner for President Rashad of Bashran to advance diplomatic efforts in the Middle East. Olivia arranges for Jake to attend discreetly, providing a contingency strategy should diplomacy require additional support. Meanwhile, the Quinn Perkins & Associates team attends the event in an effort to attract prominent new clients.
