Synopsis
Carrie collaborates with her publicist, Samantha, to create an ideal book cover image, while Charlotte turns to self-help literature. Miranda attends Weight Watchers to shed post-pregnancy weight, and Samantha becomes distressed over feeling judged by the others for her unconventional personal life.
