Synopsis
An escaped convict named John Kogan, once a police partner and childhood rival of Hammer, returns to the city, threatening chaos unless Hammer faces him in a showdown. Kogan, known for his unmatched speed with a gun, forces Hammer and his team to confront their shared past. Sledge, aware of Kogan's deadly skills, grows increasingly concerned for Hammer's safety.
