Synopsis
A team of rogue officers takes justice into their own hands by killing criminals who have avoided conviction through legal loopholes, prompting Hammer to go undercover to expose them. As he is tasked with assassinating a determined district attorney, she attempts to manipulate him, while Sledge uncovers her true identity as the vigilante leader.
