Stargate Atlantis

Lt. Colonel John Sheppard and his team become trapped beneath the ruins of Michael's facility while attempting to rescue Teyla Emmagan. Colonel Samantha Carter organizes a rescue mission for them, unaware that Michael is also searching the planet for survivors.

Dr. Jennifer Keller is infected by an alien organism, leading Dr. Carson Beckett and the Atlantis team to seek a cure before the entity has a chance to spread. At the same time, Richard Woolsey arrives to take over leadership of the Atlantis expedition, succeeding Colonel Samantha Carter.

Ronon Dex is captured by Tyre, who plans to hand him over to the Wraith in exchange for political favor. When the Wraith betray Tyre, abandoning him to die, the Atlantis team persuades him to assist in rescuing Ronon, who is being manipulated into becoming a Wraith acolyte.

The Atlantis expedition discovers the Daedalus drifting in space, only for it to disappear when Lt. Colonel John Sheppard's team investigates. They later learn that the ship originates from an alternate reality and must find a way to return to their own universe before becoming permanently stranded.

Lt. Colonel John Sheppard and his team return to Atlantis with an enigmatic entity, which they later discover is Dr. Elizabeth Weir. She had been presumed dead after being captured by the Asurans.

Dr. Rodney McKay contracts Second Childhood, a Pegasus Galaxy illness with symptoms similar to Alzheimer's disease. To obtain a cure, his team must retrieve it from a shrine located on the planet Talus, which has been overrun by the Wraith.

Dr. Carson Beckett joins a team investigating a former research facility owned by Michael Kenmore, but they soon discover themselves being hunted by dangerous, uncontrolled experiments left behind.

The Atlantis team formulates a strategy to weaken the Wraith using gene therapy derived from Michael's research. To gain the trust of the Wraith Primary, Teyla is required to impersonate a Hive Queen.

Dr. Jennifer Keller is taken hostage by Kiryk, a runner who brings her to a critically injured young girl in need of urgent medical care. As Dr. Rodney McKay and Ronon Dex pursue them, Kiryk and Keller must act quickly, as they are being hunted by the Wraith.

Dr. Daniel Jackson journeys to Atlantis to investigate a secret laboratory left behind by the rogue Ancient scientist Janus. However, their discovery attracts the attention of an unknown alien group that begins infiltrating the city. Meanwhile, Todd and his delegation arrive on the Daedalus to discuss Dr. Jennifer Keller's gene therapy with the SGC.

Rodney McKay and Daniel Jackson are captured by the Vanir, who reveal a startling truth about their identities. At the same time, a Wraith led by Todd takes control of the Daedalus in an effort to find the Attero device. The Travelers enlist John Sheppard's assistance to reach the planet before Todd can fully uncover the device, which could result in the deaths of McKay and Jackson.

Dr. Carson Beckett, a physician stationed in the Pegasus galaxy, arrives at a village sheltering refugees from Balar, a planet that was severely affected by the Hoffan drug and the Wraith. When the Wraith make a demand for the Balarians to be surrendered, the villagers face a difficult decision between surrendering to the Wraith or risking destruction.

Lt. Colonel John Sheppard and his team are invited by the Coalition of Planets to form an alliance, but they are instead accused of crimes against the Pegasus galaxy and placed on trial. With their freedom at stake, they rely on Richard Woolsey's diplomatic experience to help navigate the legal and political challenges they face.

Michael Kenmore, using an army of Hybrids, has taken control of Atlantis, sealing off key areas including Stargate Operations. His goal is to capture Teyla Emmagan and her child to enhance his Hybrids and ultimately destroy the city. John Sheppard, Rodney McKay, and their team work to regain control of Atlantis before Michael achieves his objectives.

Richard Woolsey meets a new scientist at Atlantis who proves to be more enigmatic than she seems during an International Oversight Advisory evaluation. At the same time, John Sheppard is captured and tortured by Acastus Kolya, a Genii commander he believed dead.

Dr. Rodney McKay is compelled to return to Earth to attend a scientific event honoring his rival, Dr. Malcolm Tunney. However, a catastrophic malfunction occurs with a new weather-controlling device, prompting McKay to step in and avert disaster.

A Wraith Hive Ship appears near Atlantis, broadcasting a distress signal. Sheppard's team investigates and discovers that the ship's crew is suffering from a disease originally developed by the Atlantis team.

Dr. Jennifer Keller's body is taken over by the skilled thief Neeva Casol, who attempts to escape from Atlantis, leaving Keller stranded on a foreign world and facing a death sentence. As Keller's execution looms, the team must act swiftly to switch bodies in order to save her life.

In an alternate reality version of Las Vegas, Detective John Sheppard investigates a string of strange murders in which victims' bodies are found completely desiccated. He is later summoned to Area 51, where Dr. Rodney McKay provides insight into the unusual circumstances surrounding the cases.

A rogue faction of the Wraith, led by Todd, warns the Atlantis team that they have acquired Zero Point Modules to power a Super-hive, which they seek to destroy. When the Daedalus is disabled, the team learns that the Super-hive is heading toward Earth. They must find a way to stop it before it arrives.
