Stay by My Side
Bu Xia is raised by his grandfather, a spiritual medium. After his grandfather's death, Bu Xia begins to hear voices in his ears intermittently. He initially believes he is experiencing hallucinations and considers seeking medical help, but is astonished to discover that the voices, which come through like a Dolby stereo, are those of ghosts. He is bewildered, as if he has just received a vaccination. Jiang Chi, Bu Xia's roommate, excels in both academics and sports. When Bu Xia realizes that the more time he spends with Jiang Chi, the less he hears ghostly voices, he begins to seek ways to get closer to him. Is it Jiang Chi's charm? As Jiang Chi learns more, he becomes increasingly confused.
