Black Hole High is a Canadian science fiction television program that first aired in North America in October 2002 on NBC and Discovery Kids. Set at the fictional boarding school of the same name, the series follows a Science Club as they investigate mysterious occurrences, many of which revolve around a wormhole located on the school grounds. The series ran for four seasons and became a success, being sold to networks around the world. Created by Jim Rapsas, the show combines elements of mystery, drama, romance, and comedy. Its writing is grounded in scientific principles, blending emotional and academic challenges with supernatural mysteries. While popular among children, it has also been appreciated by adults as family-friendly entertainment. A total of forty-two episodes, each approximately twenty-five minutes long, were produced, with the final three episodes premiering in January 2006. These three episodes were later compiled into a film titled Strange Days: Conclusions. The series was filmed at the Auchmar Estate on the Hamilton Escarpment in Hamilton, Ontario.
