Sushi Police
Japanese food, especially sushi, has become an internationally beloved cuisine, particularly with the announcement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. However, there are always restaurants that seek to capitalize on the reputation of traditional Japanese food by serving dishes such as rolls covered in cream cheese and teriyaki sauce, which are considered inappropriate for a real sushi restaurant. In response, the Sushi Police were formed. As defenders of Japanese culture and tradition, the World Food-culture Conservation Organization was established, and its 9th Unit was tasked with eliminating any restaurant worldwide that disgraces the name of sushi. They travel the globe in a giant ship-shaped blimp, literally landing on the offenders and leaving a destroyed restaurant in their wake.

Did you or a loved one work on Sushi Police?
Every stage matters — pitch decks and treatments from development, location scouts and table-reads from pre-production, set photos and crew anecdotes from production, edit-bay notes from post, and press kits, festival memories, or marketing ephemera from distribution. Any moment that didn't make the press tour, any document or photograph that's been sitting in a box — please share it so it's not lost to time.
We particularly welcome contributions from writers, producers, cast, crew, festival programmers, distributors, marketing teams, their families, and anyone who was there at any stage.
